We are Pinnacle Testing and Specialty Labs, LLC., a fully licensed cannabis testing laboratory located in Akron, OH. We specialize in the testing of cannabis and cannabis-derived products including: Flowers, Edibles, Concentrate and Topicals, using the latest state-of-the-art analytical and microbiological instrumentation.
Pinnacle is supported by a distinguished analytical team, dedicated to development and progress in cannabis testing.
Dr. Boutros received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Lebanese University, Beirut, Lebanon, and his Doctoral degree in Clinical Bioanalytical Chemistry from Cleveland State University. Throughout his career, Dr. Boutros has fostered cross-functional teams with both internal and external customers. He’s adept at working with regulators, large corporations, management teams and researchers. IN his current role, he brings his knowledge and expertise to Pinnacle Testing & Specialty Labs and is responsible for managing the team, facilitating all aspects of our laboratory processed and results, including administrative and procurement.
Todd received his bachelor’s degree in Forensic Biology with a Chemistry Minor from Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH. With 10 years of Toxicology experience (including 8 years of (LC-MS/MS), he’s helped introduce new instrumentation, methods, and techniques to the labs where he was employed. Todd’s knowledge of numerous regulatory commissions (including CLIA, COLA, ISO/IEC, FDA) is a value add. His passion is focused on utilizing high standards for laboratory processes with precision, accuracy and consistency while providing quick delivery.
Valerie joined the Pinnacle team in August 2022. She’s been involved in the cannabis industry for over 4 years and received her Executive Certificate from the Cleveland School of Cannabis in 2019. Areas of study include Cultivation Operations, Dispensary Operations, Law and Policy, Endocannabinoid System, Patient Advocacy, Research Studies and more. The truest definition of a “people person”, she makes friends wherever she goes, and achieves success with outstanding listening skills, a genuine curiosity about people and a desire to be of service.
